We try to process and ship orders the day they are placed, or by the next business day. Orders placed late Friday, on Saturday or Sunday, may not ship until the following business day. Remember, business days do not include weekends and holidays. If you are time crunched to receive an order, please call and speak to us on the phone and we'll try our best to get you taken care of!

* Flat-Rate and Free-Shipping is not offered on large and/or over-sized items. This may include, but is not limited to: boats, one-piece rods, and some large/heavy items. Shipping costs may range from $50 to $500 depending on the size of the boat or item. We are happy to work our hardest to find the best shipping rates for you on large and over-sized items! Please call us if you have any questions!
If any new and unused products purchased from us don't fit your needs, just let us know within 30 days of the purchase and we'll issue you a full refund. Please send an email to [email protected] with details including:
When we get your email we'll issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please make sure to visibly write this number on the outside of the package, and mail your return to:

When we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase amount (less shipping) to the card used at the time of the purchase and notify you by email with the return receipt attached.
All returned items must be new and unused, in original condition, with the original box and/or packaging and the manufacturer tags, if applicable.
If your equipment fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll be happy to help you get a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer.
